Q: Does one Scissor Lift fit multiple cylinder sizes?

No. Each unit size is designed to fit its nominal diameter with a plus or minus ½ “. Using a larger size unit will not allow the grips to be in parallel to the cylinder for maximum grip.

Q: Can Units be exchanged if we order the wrong size or decide to return the unit?

Yes. In accordance with our Return & Exchange policy.

Q: Do you have distributors outside of the United States or Canada?

No. All International business is direct sale. We recommend international customers purchase a unit through attollolift.com/store

Q: Can the Attollo Lift units lift cylinders overhead?

Yes. Attollo Lift provides the Cradle Assembly that is attached to the Scissor Assembly allowing the cylinder to be safely lifted overhead.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes. If you’d like your items shipped outside of the US, please contact us directly with your order so we can provide accurate shipping costs.

Q: Which of the grips are suitable for a wet environment?

Both. The Grooved and Smooth grip each function equally well in wet or dry environments.

Q: Is Attollo Lift OSHA compliant?

Yes. The Attollo Lift units are designed and built to the ASTM B30.20  Below-the-Hook Lifting Devices, requirements which  is addressed in CAL-OSHA, Title 8, Section 4650.

Q: What sizes are available at Attollo Lift?

Sizes are available in 4”, 5”, 6”, 7”, 8”, 9”, 10”, 12” and 14”.

Q: Do I have to purchase through a distributor or can direct purchases be made through the website?

Purchases may be conducted directly through our website. Lifts are also available from select retailers throughout the United States and Canada. Please contact us to be connected with a retailer in your area.

Q: Can we ship with our own account?

Yes. However the order should be called in or noted on the Purchase Order as applicable.
